2. NC State
NC State’s roster has loads of experience and future NFL talent — the ideal recipe. Dave Doeren and the Wolfpack return a ridiculous number of talented players on both sides of the ball.
This list of players includes, among others: LB Isaiah Moore, DT Cory Durden, DB Cyrus Fagan, DB Derrek Pitts, LB Payton Wilson, QB Devin Leary, DB Tanner Ingle and C Grant Gibson. Moore, Payton and Drake Thomas headline one of the nastiest linebacker groups in the country.

Leary, a New Jersey product, completed 65.7 percent of his passes, while ranking inside the top five of the ACC in a variety of passing categories: yards (3,433), yards per game (286.1) and touchdown passes (35). Furthermore, Leary threw only five interceptions all season.
His 35 touchdown passes are a single-season program record, too, eclipsing previous passers like Philip Rivers, Russell Wilson and Mike Glennon.
