Boyd burst on the scene in Pitt’s debut ACC season; in 2013, Boyd hauled in 85 receptions, which remain an ACC freshman record, and 1,174 yards, second most in ACC history for a freshman. He finished his prolific career with 234 receptions for 3,361 yards (13.2 yards per catch) and 21 touchdowns.

During his time with the Panthers, Boyd also recorded 520 rushing yards (1 touchdown), 1,124 kick return yards and 238 punt return yards (1 touchdown). Back in 2015, Boyd averaged 128.3 all-purpose yards per game, good for No. 2 in the ACC, behind only Dalvin Cook.
