Pitt basketball home games limited to 500 people

New COVID-19 restrictions — state and local — will cap attendance for Pitt basketball home games with a limited attendance of 500 people. The university made the announcement in a release Tuesday morning.

This, however, doesn’t mean 500 fans/spectators. That capacity number also includes players, coaches, staff, staff family members, officials and special guests.
