A late invite to the 2018 NBA Draft Combine, North Carolina’s Theo Pinson is up in Chicago doing Theo Pinson things. His jump shot is obviously a work in progress, but on the basketball floor, Pinson does a little bit of everything.
On Thursday, Pinson measured with a wingspan of 6-foot-10.75; that’s notable for the 6-foot-5 (without shoes) Pinson. In terms of wingspan measurement, that ranks eighth amongst all guard/wing forward prospects at the combine.
Beyond the measurables, Pinson did some things defensively that would almost certainly make his former coach Roy Williams proud.
You can tell Theo Pinson is one of the more experienced players at the Draft Combine. Calling out all the switches on D/running the offense.

In a game yesterday that involved several other ACC players — Tyus Battle, Gary Trent, Josh Okogie and Devon Hall — Pinson was a jack of all trades.
