Pittsburgh’s 2015 class grew to 11 members on Tuesday when defensive back prospect Dane Jackson and defensive tackle recruit DaVon Hamilton committed to the Panthers. The news was first reported by Panther-Lair.com.
Jackson, who is Pitt’s sixth in-state commitment in the class, is rated the No. 41 player in Pennsylvania by 247Sports.com. He has solid size for a cornerback at 6-1, 170 pounds.
Hamilton joins Kraig Howe as the second 2015 defensive tackle to choose the Panthers. He was previously an Ohio pledge.
