Less than four hours before Duke was set to tip things off against Wake Forest on Tuesday, Duke basketball announced that Zion Williamson won’t play. Williamson suffered a Grade 1 knee sprain on the first possession of the game against UNC (Feb. 20); he’s yet to play since then. Duke has gone 2-2 in the game without Williamson, including the home loss to the Tar Heels.

The matchup with Tobacco Road rival Wake Forest is Duke’s final home game; of course, the regular season finale is set for Saturday’s rematch in Chapel Hill with North Carolina.
On offense, Duke will once again need big production from RJ Barrett, who has stepped up in the absence of Williamson.
