According to a report from Matt Zenitz at On3 Sports, the Virginia Tech Hokies are expected to hire Tyler Bowen to be the offensive coordinator under new head coach Brent Pry.
Bowen, who is currently the tight ends coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars, will join Virginia Tech after the end of the NFL season.
Pry and Bowen have a relationship dating back to their time working together at Penn State.

During his time on staff at Penn State, Bowen served in a variety of capacities: tight ends coach, co-offensive coordinator and offensive recruiting coordinator.
Bowen left Penn State to join Urban Meyers’ staff in Jacksonville for the 2021 season.
Last decade, Bowen had a stint on an ACC coaching staff. Bowen worked as a student and graduate assistant for Maryland (2010-12).
