10. Boston College
With quarterback Phil Jurkovec and go-to wideout Zay Flowers back, Boston College has its star duo for one more season. Both are big-time NFL prospects, who will be coached by new offensive coordinator John McNulty.
However, the Eagles must also replace a bunch of talent and experience along the offensive line. That could prove tricky for third-year head coach Jeff Hafley.
On the other side of the ball, Boston College has lots of experience in the defensive secondary, led by strong safety Jaiden Woodbey and nickel back Josh DeBerry.
