Noah Rogers — WR; Rolesville, NC
Noah Rogers is one of the true standout talents — regardless of position — in the 2023 recruiting class. A 6-foot-3 wide receiver from Rolesville (NC) High School, Rogers has been on NC State’s radar for years now. Back in March 2021, as the delayed spring football season started in North Carolina, Rogers received offers from both NC State and UNC, along with Penn State and West Virginia.

Subsequently, the recruitment for Rogers took off; Oregon and Notre Dame made offers, among others. Ohio State also entered the mix, as his recruitment spanned from regional to national.
Rogers now stands as a Top 50 prospect in the 2023 class, according to composite rankings from 247 Sports. He’s also the No. 1 prospect in the state of North Carolina.
Currently, NC State and Ohio State lead for Rogers, with the Buckeyes having a slight edge. After a visit last weekend to Clemson, Rogers has two more visits on the docket over the next two weeks: Ohio State (June 17) and NC State (June 22).
It’ll be tough to beat out Ohio State for Rogers; however, NC State has some advantages, including proximity and a relationship with Thomas, who could potentially be his quarterback in Raleigh.
