Who will Pitt lean on in wake of Blair dismissal and Whitehead suspension?

Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi laid down the law prior to the start of the Panthers’ training camp. The third-year head coach sent a message that discipline had gotten out of hand within the Pitt program, and nobody was immune to punishment.

Narduzzi dismissed senior defensive end Rori Blair, while suspending junior safety Jordan Whitehead and senior linebacker Quinton Wirginis. Whitehead was conspicuously absent from Pitt’s first workout of the summer, while Wirginis was onhand.
