August was an active month for Pitt in football recruiting. The Panthers secured commitments from Alabama wide receiver Cameron O’Neil, Florida defensive back Marquis Williams, and local defensive tackle David Green from Pittsburgh’s Central Catholic High School in the span of a little over three weeks.
With 14 commitments on board, the Panthers are looking to fill remaining needs at linebacker and in the secondary. Pitt may also add another wide receiver and offensive lineman between now and National Signing Day.
