Clemson drops to No. 4 in AP Top 25 Poll; NC State lands at No. 23

After Clemson avoided near disaster in a comeback home victory over Syracuse, the Tigers fall back one spot in this week’s AP Top 25 Poll — going from No. 3 to No. 4. Dabo Swinney’s club is joined by three other ACC teams in the top 25: Miami, NC State and Virginia Tech

  • No. 4 Clemson
  • No. 17 Miami (which fell one spot, too)
  • No. 23 NC State
  • No. 24 Virginia Tech

Duke fell quickly out of the top 25; a week after landing at No. 22, Duke lost at home to reeling Virginia Tech. The Blue Devils did receive a vote, though. Here are the ACC teams that received votes in this week’s poll:

  • Syracuse (74)
  • Boston College (3)
  • Duke (1)
