After an undefeated week, the ACC again leads the nation with seven teams in the AP Top 25 poll, including three top-10 teams: Duke, Virginia and North Carolina. In fact, Duke jumped Kansas and is now the No. 1 team in the nation. This marks the 135th week that Duke has been ranked No. 1 by the AP, which is the most all time.

- No. 4 Virginia
- No. 7 North Carolina
- No. 14 Florida State
- No. 15 Syracuse
- No. 16 Virginia Tech
- No. 19 Clemson
After two quick wins, the Blue Devils received 48 of the 65 first place votes. Virginia, also 2-0, received two first place votes, too.
