AP Top 25: After FSU win, UVA up to No. 21; Clemson remains at No. 1

After Saturday night’s electric home win over Florida State, Virginia moved from No. 25 up to No. 21 in this week’s AP Top 25 Poll. Once again, Clemson remains at No. 1; the Tigers took care of business on the road with a blowout win over Syracuse.

For the second week in a row, those are the only two ACC teams in this AP poll.

Beyond Clemson and Virginia, only one other ACC team received votes: Wake Forest (14). Now 3-0, with marquee wins over Utah State and North Carolina, Wake Forest is inching closer to rejoining the AP Top 25 for the first time in over a decade.

After registering 48 votes in last week’s poll, North Carolina didn’t received a single vote following the loss at Wake Forest.
