If you had done a before-and-after chart on the University of Miami Hurricanes football signees, it would look like the before-and-afters of those folks who lose all the weight.
Vastly different.
The Hurricanes finished with an 18-player group in the transition to Mark Richt as football coach. All but one come from Florida. Richt praised former coach Al Golden and his staff but about half the signees were new. Many of those players who didn’t sign with Miami had been committed for months.
