Miami welcomes late addition to 2016 class

Miami signed the bulk of its 2016 recruiting class on Feb. 3, but the team wasn’t quite done yet. The Hurricanes hosted 2016 wide receiver Dayall Harris over the weekend, and just days after the official visit, the JUCO prospect announced his commitment:

A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Harris originally signed with Ole Miss in 2014. He redshirted that fall before transferring to Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Wesson, Mississippi, in 2015.

Harris will arrive in Coral Gables with three years of eligibility remaining and can play right away. According to Scout.com, he caught 45 passes for 546 yards and three touchdowns.
