Boston College is making a strong early move for in-state junior linebacker Blake Gallagher of St. Sebastian’s in Needham, Massachusetts. A consensus 3-star recruit, Gallagher is currently listed as the No. 13 inside linebacker nationally in the class of 2017, and the No. 3 prospect in the state of Massachusetts. [hr]
