Two key players — one from each side of the ball — will again miss time for North Carolina. UNC announced Monday morning that cornerback Storm Duck and wide receiver Beau Corrales won’t play this Saturday against Duke.
Duck was injured during North Carolina’s road win over Boston College; subsequently he’s yet to return to the field. Corrales, a key offensive contributor, played in the first four games of the season; however, he (lower body injury) sat against NC State and Virginia.

For the 2020 season, Corrales has hauled in 13 receptions for 238 yards (18.3 yards per catch) and a touchdown. A constant big-play threat, the 6-foot-3 Corrales already has eight receptions of 15+ yards this season, too.
With Corrales out, Dyami Brown took on more play-making duties at UVA; the junior wide receiver caught 11 passes for 240 yards and three touchdowns.
Duck broke up two passes and recorded four tackles during the team’s season-opening win against Syracuse.
Even without Corrales and Duck, UNC is still a sizable favorite for the matchup with Duke.
