NC State basketball signs 3 for 2021: Ernest Ross, Terquavion Smith, Breon Pass

Recruiting efforts with NC State basketball continue to hum under Kevin Keatts. Following a strong 2020 recruiting class, the Wolfpack are putting together an interesting 2021 mix, led by 4-star power forward Ernest Ross.

The 6-foot-9 Ross, who committed to NC State back in April, hails from Florida and ranks as a top-50 prospect in the 2021 class. Ross signed with NC State this week; however, he wasn’t alone in that distinction. The Pack added signatures from two in-state prospects, too.

Farmville product Terquavion Smith, a 4-star guard and top 100 prospect, signed as well. Smith was an early commit for the Wolfpack — pledging back in Feb. 2019.

More recently, 3-star Breon Pass — a super athletic 6-foot guard — committed to NC State in late September. Pass, who hails from Reidsville, completes the trio, signing with NC State this week, too.
