After one season with Wake Forest, rising sophomore guard Jahcobi Neath has entered the NCAA transfer portal.
The 6-foot-3 Neath appeared in 30 games, making five starts. As a freshman, Neath averaged 5.3 points and 2.2 assists per game. This decision comes three days after Wake Forest dismissed head coach Danny Manning. A 3-star recruit in the 2019 class, Neath committed to Wake Forest in Nov. 2018.
Neath becomes the third Wake Forest player to enter the transfer portal this offseason; over the last month, Sharone Wright Jr. and Chaundee Brown did the same.

With Wake Forest’s decision to let Manning go, several players in the program’s 2020 recruiting class have asked out of the LOIs, too.
