Coming off its dramatic Final Four run last spring, Syracuse is looking to establish itself as one of the top teams in the ACC in 2016-17. But after losing freshman star Malachi Richardson and veterans Michael Gbinije and Trevor Cooney, Jim Boeheim had to secure some perimeter talent in order to position his team to compete for a spot in the top third of the conference.
The Orange met those needs in the offseason with the additions of graduate transfers John Gillon and Andrew White, as well as incoming freshman Tyus Battle.
