Dallas has long been a recruit of Mark Richt, whose staff at Georgia made the 5-10, 191-pound athlete a Bulldogs commitment last July. However, Dallas decommitted from UGa in December after Richt left for Miami.
Going into his senior year at Glynn Academy, Dallas is rated the No. 12 athlete in the 2017 class, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings. Per MaxPreps, he caught 14 passes for 147 yards and one touchdown as a junior in 2015. He also plays quarterback and safety at the high school level.
