Florida State-Virginia game postponed due to COVID-19

Saturday’s matchup between Florida State and Virginia has been called off. The result is due to COVID-19 issues with the FSU program: positive tests, subsequent quarantining and contact tracing.

The game was schedule to take place in Tallahassee; Virginia is in the process of flying back to Charlottesville. If the game is to be made up, Dec. 19 is the only available date.

This marks the second straight week a Florida State game has been postponed, although last week’s COVID-19 result was from the Clemson program.
