Saturday’s football game between Clemson and Florida State has been postponed. According to a release from the ACC, the postponement followed a game conference call this morning — when both teams’ medical personnel were “unable to mutually agree on moving forward with the game.”
Clemson and FSU were scheduled to kickoff at noon (in Tallahassee); the decision to postpone comes roughly three hours prior. While the release from the league doesn’t mention COVID-19, one can presume that’s at the root of this development.

With regard to rescheduling the game, more details will be released later.
Wake Forest and Duke were supposed to play on Saturday, too; however, earlier this week, the game was called off.
Clemson athletics director Dan Radakovich had this to say:
Dan Radakovich, in part, via a Clemson statement: “We are disappointed that we will not be able to play today’s game against Florida State. Clemson has followed all of the ACC's protocol in preparation for this game."
