Miami makes more noise in recruiting

Miami’s 2016 recruiting class is the best in program history, a group that ranks between ninth and 13th nationally according to the major recruiting websites. Unlike the Dukes, Carolinas, Kentuckys and Kansases of the college basketball world, the Hurricanes simply don’t haul in top-10 groups.

So what will Jim Larrañaga do for an encore? Two newcomers for 2017 are already in place — forward Michael Gilmore and point guard commit Chris Lykes.
