Syracuse might be without the most important part of its offense when it hosts NC State on Saturday.
Quarterback Eric Dungey left last weekend’s 54-0 loss to Clemson in the first quarter after enduring a hit by Ben Boulware and Dorian O’Daniel.

According to Syracuse.com, head coach Dino Babers declined to specify on Wednesday whether or not Dungey might have suffered a concussion.

Junior quarterback Austin Wilson took the majority of the snaps last Saturday in Dungey’s absence. He finished 17-of-27 for 116 yards with two interceptions.
Dungey is second in the ACC in completion rate this season, connecting on 64.8 percent of his attempts. He has thrown for 2,679 yards with 15 scores and seven interceptions.
