Moussa Cisse, one of the top prospects in the 2020 recruiting class, will head to Memphis.
Back in May, the 6-foot-10 Cisse reclassified from 2021 to 2020. His list of schools narrowed, too; Florida State was the ACC’s lone representative. Cisse’s decision was pushed back several weeks, which proved pivotal for Penny Hardaway and Memphis. For a brief period of time, LSU was considered the favorite to nab Cisse; however, Memphis won out with additional recruitment.
Five star prospect Moussa Cisse has committed to play for Memphis, he told ESPN. "Penny Hardaway is a legend and can help me develop my game and take it to the next level." News story: https://t.co/OVGP3ZVkjD
