Virginia Tech has been a hot name around the recruiting world for high school basketball — and especially around the younger prospects — thanks to the large number of scholarship offers that Buzz Williams and his coaches are handing out.
The Hokies have sent out approximately 10 offers so far for the 2018 class, and one of the biggest names to have joined the recruiting board for Williams and staff is Drue Drinnon of Commerce, Georgia.
Drinnon, one of the top point guards for his class, earned an offer from the Hokies on July 31, adding to his nice array of early offers.
ACC Sports first introduced Drinnon when he earned his first ACC offer earlier this year from Georgia Tech.
