Amidst attrition and new rules, can the Hokies make a move?

Heading into the 2015-2016 basketball season, not a whole lot is expected out of Buzz Williams’ Virginia Tech squad.

The Hokies were picked 13th out of 14 schools in the recent ACC preseason media poll, ahead of only Boston College. But for Buzz Williams and his players, there’s a golden opportunity to this season make believers without a ton of pressure or high expectations.
