FSU quarterback Jameis Winston is in hot water after 900 items signed by the Heisman winner were discovered for sale by an online autograph dealer.

While it’s unknown whether Winston broke any NCAA rules by signing the items, a quick search found that there’s a thriving market for autographs of ACC quarterbacks. 

Our search criteria were based on minimizing effort. We did a google search on “(player name) autograph” and took one of the five items that showed up at the top of the results page. If no autograph items were found for sale, we added the school name and searched again: “(player name) (school) autograph”. 

We decided we like mini-helmets best, so we took the cheapest autographed mini-helmet listed at the top of the results page. If there were no helmets available, we took the cheapest signed item. 

It turns out that Jameis is only the seventh-most desirable ACC quarterback. Here’s a look at the results.
