Florida State could be a year away from making history. The current record for most players selected from one school in the first round of a single NFL Draft is six, which Miami achieved in 2004.
Looking ahead to 2015, the Seminoles could have as many as seven first-round picks. At least that’s what the experts are saying, as the “way-too-early” 2015 mock drafts are starting to hit the internet.
In four of the prominent mock drafts that are already live — on CBSSports.com, USA Today, Mocking The Draft (SB Nation) and Walter Football — three Florida State players are listed in all of them. Four more appear in at least one of the mock drafts.
Below is a compilation of all the Seminoles that appear in the first rounds of the four mock drafts that we pulled, along with the pick where they’re slotted:

There’s a long way to go from now and the 2015 NFL Draft, and everything will change significantly. But as it looks right now, Florida State could be set up for a special season and a draft load unlike any seen before.
