Impact Signees Part II: UVa, FSU, Miami and Syracuse

While much was made about the recruiting classes that Tobacco Road rivals Duke, North Carolina and NC State put together this past November, there are several other schools in the ACC that are getting premium talent for next season. That should make for a very interesting season once again on the hardwood next winter.
