TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) – Florida State receiving star Rashad Greene and starting linemen Cameron Erving and Tre Jackson will return for a chance to defend the national championship.
The university said Wednesday that the three first-team All-ACC players will return.
Greene had nine catches for 147 yards Monday night in the Seminoles’ 34-31 victory over Auburn in the BCS title game. His 49-yard reception helped set up the winning touchdown.
Erving earned the Jacobs Blocking trophy for the best offensive lineman in the ACC and protected Heisman winner Jameis Winston’s blindside all 14 games. Jackson has made 28 consecutive starts. Center Bryan Stork is the only senior on the offensive line.
