The story of the offseason for Florida State in its first season under head coach Willie Taggart will undoubtedly be the quarterback competition.
The competition looks to be a two-man race between redshirt junior Deondre Francois and true sophomore James Blackman. That, however, isn’t the only concern for the Seminoles heading into 2018.
Fresh off a disappointing 7-6 season in which Florida State had to wins its final three regular season games – including a rescheduled contest with Louisiana-Monroe – to extend the nation’s longest bowl streak and four straight to keep its streak of winning seasons alive.
