Younger Surratt brother drawing his own attention

While Chazz Surratt of Denver, North Carolina is rightfully earning a reputation as one of the top all-around athletes in the Tar Heel State in the class of 2016, his younger brother, Sage Surratt, is getting plenty of attention in his own right.
