Late March proved to be a friendly time for Virginia Tech’s football program, as the Hokies added three commitments — Rayshard Ashby, Aundre Ricardo-Kearney and Hendon Hooker — between March 24 and March 26. Hooker, a dual-threat signal-caller from Greensboro, North Carolina, and Ricardo-Kearney, a linebacker from Jacksonville, Florida, both pledged to the Hokies on March 24, while Ashby, a linebacker from Chesterfield, Virginia, committed to Virginia Tech on March 26.
