Twins Formation: 3-star Seabrough twins TE commit to NC State

Over the July 4th weekend, NC State football added a set of twin commitments — literally. Fredrick and Cedric Seabrough, twins and 3-star tight ends out of Georgia, committed to the Wolfpack.

The Swainsboro (GA) products picked NC State over Western Carolina and Coastal Carolina.

According to 247 Sports, Cedric (6-foot-4, 220 pounds) rates slightly higher as a prospect: the No. 32 tight end in the 2021 class. Fredrick (6-foot-4, 215 pounds) isn’t far behind, though: the No. 46 tight end. Both are 3-star prospects, ranking inside the top 800 of the 2021 recruiting class, per 247 Sports.

The addition of the Seabrough twins is significant; tight end was a position of need for the Wolfpack in the 2021 cycle. NC State offered scholarships to the twins last October.

NC State’s 2021 class, which has risen steadily in recent weeks, now sits at 15 commitments — ranked No. 31 in the FBS.
