Veteran running back Ty Chandler will transfer from Tennessee to North Carolina for his final season of college football, following his graduation from UT.
During his career at Tennessee, Chandler posted 3,291 all-purpose yards in 46 games, which ranks fifth all-time for the program. On the ground, Chandler ran for 2,046 yards — 4.9 yards per carry,

Chandler ran for 456 yards and four touchdowns during the 2020 season.
A 2019 Doak Walker Award watch list member, Chandler scored 17 touchdowns while at Tennessee: 13 rushing, three by reception and one on a kickoff return.
