Florida State’s National Signing Day didn’t go as planned until late, but none of that took away from another outstanding class for Jimbo Fisher and company.
In each of Fisher’s eight cycles as FSU head coach, the Seminoles have finished with the best class in the ACC. For the 17th time, FSU will finish with a top-10 class under Fisher. The worst he’s done as head coach, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings, is 11th.
Twenty-three of the 24 committed players for FSU will sign letters of intent. The other is long snapper Grant Glennon, who will get a grayshirt. Like any other recruiting class, this one will feature players who are projects, players who will be instant contributors and players who fill needs.
