The latest episode of “Recruiting Blue Chips: This Week in College Football” didn’t have a happy ending for Florida State.
On Friday night, 4-star linebacker Teradja Mitchell elected to play his football in the capital city of Ohio rather than the capital city of Florida. A week before the announcement, FSU seemed to be trending for the player ranked 38th nationally in 247Sports’ composite rankings. However, toward the end, the momentum swung in Ohio State’s favor.
Mitchell, a Virginia Beach prospect, is 6-2 and almost 245 pounds. He will likely play inside and is the No. 2 player nationally at that position as well as the No. 2 player in the state.
Why might have Mitchell picked the Buckeyes, and what’s next for FSU at the position? Become a premium member of ACCSports.com to see the rest of the article!
