Garrison Brooks won’t start, unlikely to play vs. Notre Dame

According to reports from the Greensboro Coliseum, senior power forward/center Garrison Brooks didn’t participate in warmups for North Carolina as the Tar Heels get set to play Notre Dame at the 2021 ACC Tournament.

Brooks appeared in all 25 games this season — marking 22 starts. He averaged 10.6 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.

Brooks scored 14 points in 25 minutes during North Carolina’s regular season finale — a win over Duke. Brooks, however, did leave that game for a period of time due to an ankle injury.
