5 things we learned from FSU’s spring game

The countdown until Alabama has begun for Florida State. On Saturday, FSU held its annual spring game, which saw the Gold defeat the Garnet in a defensive struggle, 17-7.

Seven early enrollees saw playing time in the contest while others made their cases for larger roles. With the Sept. 2 contest in Atlanta against Alabama less than five months away, the spring game — though flawed as a measuring stick — will give us some things to chew on for the next several months.
