Florida State football: attendance limited to 20-25 percent capacity for home games

As the ACC unveiled its (nearly) complete 2020 football schedule, member schools continue to release ticketing policies for home games amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Thursday, Florida State announced that attendance for home games at Doak Campbell Stadium will be capped a 20-25 percent capacity. FSU’s football stadium seats just shy of 80,000 people, which would put maximum attendance in 16,000-20,000 range.

Elsewhere in the ACC, Syracuse will have no fans in attendance for home games this season due to an order put in place by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

That’s different from other schools, though. For instance, down in North Carolina, UNC and Wake Forest did away with season tickets; however, tickets will be available on some sort of single-game basis for those who want them.
