Duke’s 84-74 win at Notre Dame on Monday night elevated the Blue Devils above the break-even mark in two categories.
Duke reached the midpoint of the ACC schedule at 5-4 ahead of Saturday’s home game with Pittsburgh.
The Blue Devils are also 4-3 in the seven games since Hall of Fame coach Mike Krzyzewski had back surgery on Jan. 6. Associate head coach Jeff Capel took over as acting head coach in Krzyzewski’s absence and has produced a winning record to keep the Blue Devils in the Top 25 and on the fringe of the ACC championship race.
Is Capel’s job complete?
