Top to bottom, Florida State has two of the best running backs the ACC has to offer in junior Dalvin Cook and sophomore Jacques Patrick. Both were highly-touted high school phenoms who rolled into Tallahassee with significant hype. And in Cook’s case, he’s delivered on that promise, rushing for 1,008 yards as a true freshman in helping lead FSU to the first College Football Playoff, and then following that up with 1,691 yards last season to emerge as a legitimate Heisman Trophy candidate heading into this fall…
