North Carolina heads into the 2018 season with many more questions than answers at the quarterback position. Most everyone believes that either Nathan Elliott or Chazz Surratt will ultimately emerge as UNC’s top option this fall.

One player not a whole lot of people are talking about this summer is Jace Ruder, UNC’s incoming freshman quarterback. But when it’s all said and done, Ruder just might be the player most-equipped to run the Tar Heel offense over the long haul…
