Roy Williams joined The David Glenn Show on Wednesday and discussed everything from his grandchildren to the Charlotte Hornets to the NCAA rulings and investigation process.
“This is my school, these are my kids. I would never do anything to try and harm them,” Williams said. “I let guys leave practice just to go to study sessions. We change our travel plans to take care of class schedules.”
Williams states it has been a tough time period right now for the Tar Heel community as a whole.
“We care about our kids graduating; we don’t just talk about our kids being eligible. We talk about getting a degree and moving into society,” the coach said.
