Is J.P. Tokoto the most high-risk, high-reward player in the ACC?

Radio play-by-play voice of the North Carolina Tar Heels Jones Angell stopped by The David Glenn Show on Friday to talk UNC basketball. Coming off a two-point win over Harvard in the round of 64, the Heels are preparing for their Saturday night matchup against Arkansas.

When trying to explain the up-and-down nature of Roy Williams’ team this season, Angell pointed out that J.P. Tokoto in particular has had a tendency of frequently hitting highs and lows.
