Nearly four years have passed since North Carolina’s football program found itself on the NCAA’s radar, and although the initial investigation concluded over two years ago and resulted in sanctions, national media have picked up on some of the ugly details that have gradually been revealed to the public.
Most recently, HBO’s Real Sports ran a feature on scandal in college athletics, with UNC as the centerpiece. While the negative attention is something North Carolina would like to avoid, much of the information was recycled, with no groundbreaking revelations to those who have followed the headlines locally.
Radio host David Glenn has been familiar with the situation since the beginning, and on Wednesday’s edition of The David Glenn Show he explained what questions need to be asked in order to raise the eyebrows of the NCAA.
