North Carolina big man Kennedy Meeks paid a visit to The David Glenn Show at ACC Operation basketball to talk about what he did to lose over 70 pounds, how often the team discusses winning a national championship and what the mindset is going into this season.
Which player does Meeks think has transformed his game the most in the offseason?
“I’d probably say Theo Pinson, just from him coming off the injury,” Meeks said. “Him having a lot more confidence than he had last year, even with the injury. In practice, he’s been shooting the ball well and attacking the basket well. Like Coach always says, Theo’s going to be a big-time player for us.”
